Christmas cards are still very popular, even with people now sending the dreaded “ecard”. The GCA (Greeting Card Association) claims we’ll send over 900 million cards this Christmas. A Royal Mail survey showed that over 80% of people polled would prefer a real card to an ecard (To be honest, they have a vested interest, but wouldn’t you rather get a personalised Christmas card through the letterbox instead of a bulk email?) Show your customers that you care. Take the time to write a personal message to a friend or valued customer.
